What You'll Do Provide professional lawn-care treatments to residential and commercial customers Diagnose common lawn, weed, and turf problems Apply fertilizers, weed-control products, and other lawn-care treatments Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment Communicate professionally with customers Educate customers about their lawn and recommended services Complete service documentation accurately Follow all safety and application procedures Take ownership of your assigned route and customers Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Wants a long-term career , not a temporary job Shows up on time and can be counted on Takes pride in doing quality work Has a strong work ethic Is willing to learn and develop new skills Can work independently without constant supervision Has good communication and customer-service skills Takes responsibility for their work and mistakes Wants to earn more by improving their performance Has a valid driver's license and good driving record Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Previous lawn-care experience is not required.
