The single biggest requirement for this position is the ability and willingness to run a stick/blade edger cleanly and efficiently on every single property.

Mowing & Maintenance:

Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers, high-power string trimmers, and backpack blowers with care and precision.

Quality Control:

Maintain crisp lines, thorough cleanup, and pristine property presentation on every stop of our route.

Reliability:

Show up on time, every day, ready to work hard in all weather conditions.

Requirements Proven Experience:

Must have verifiable professional lawn care experience. Please do not apply if you need to be taught how to mow, trim, or edge.

Valid Driver's License & Transportation:

Must have a reliable way to get to our shop every morning and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles and trailers.
