The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care, with experience in pest control and the operation of various tools and machinery. This role involves applying treatments to lawns and landscapes while ensuring the health and safety of plants and the environment. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to lawns and landscapes according to established guidelines. Conduct inspections of treated areas to assess effectiveness and identify any pest issues. Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used, areas treated, and any observations made during inspections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding lawn care and pest control services. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Experience Previous experience in lawn care and/or pest control is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A background in sales is a plus, as it can enhance customer engagement.
