What You'll Do You'll work alongside our team maintaining residential and commercial properties by: Operating stand-on commercial mowers String trimming and edging Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios Maintaining a clean, professional appearance at every property Safely operating and caring for company equipment Loading and unloading equipment and trailers Helping wherever needed to keep the crew running efficiently As our company grows, there will also be opportunities to assist with: Christmas light installation Lawn fertilization and weed control Landscape improvements Crew leadership and management positions What We're Looking For We're more interested in attitude than experience. Experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person. The qualities we value most are: Reliability and showing up on time Positive attitude, even when things don't go as planned Strong work ethic Pride in producing quality work Professionalism around customers and teammates Willingness to learn and improve every day Job Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred but not required Lawn care experience preferred but not required Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM 4-day work week 5-10 hours of overtime available (optional during busy seasons) Schedule may occasionally change due to weather or seasonal workload.
