Job Title:

Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Technician Jade Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties through lawn care, landscaping, cleanup, and general labor duties.

Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns Perform landscaping, mulching, planting, and weed control Remove leaves, brush, debris, and other unwanted materials Assist with property cleanups and general maintenance projects Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous lawn care, landscaping, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Join us if you're passionate about outdoor environments and eager to grow your skills in landscape maintenance!
