Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes through skilled lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every property looks pristine and inviting. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and gardens healthy and visually appealing Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for landscape projects Maintain irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Execute snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios or walkways Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety standards are met Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment Proven experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including excavators Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and snow plowing operations Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety protocols Familiarity with landscaping design principles and hardscape installation techniques Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
