Assist during cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Monitor patient vitals and document findings to aid physicians in diagnosis. Prepare intervention rooms and equipment, ensuring a sterile and ready environment before procedures. Perform routine quality control of imaging equipment and conduct maintenance as needed. Transmit and archive digital images using PACS, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Follow all radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to staff and patients. Adapt communication and care practices to diverse patient populations.

What You Need Required:

Active Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice ARRT registration BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting as an allied health professional Proficiency with radiographic and fluoroscopy equipment Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences or related field Previous experience in cardiac cath labs or similar settings Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays About the Assignment This role involves working within a multidisciplinary cardiology team in a busy catheterization laboratory setting. The technologist will support diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring optimal imaging quality and patient safety.
