Job Summary Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Helper, where your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will help create beautiful, healthy landscapes. In this role, you will assist with a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping tasks, ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. Duties Assist with mowing lawns, trimming edges, and maintaining turf health using power tools and lawn care equipment Support landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, and plant identification to enhance garden aesthetics Perform tree care tasks such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or a strong interest in groundskeeping and landscaping Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment operation Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, planting, pruning, and plant identification Basic understanding of horticulture principles and pesticide management (training provided if necessary) Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks involving equipment or hazardous materials Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads when required Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
