Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technician Full-Time, Driver's License Required Always Green of Cape Cod, part of The Joyce Companies, is looking to hire 3-4 Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technicians to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining healthy, beautiful properties, we'd like to hear from you. What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time, year-round employment Overtime opportunities Paid training Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Company vehicle and equipment provided Schedule Monday-Friday Saturdays during peak season as needed 8-10 hour shifts Overtime available Responsibilities Lawn fertilization applications Tree & shrub care Aeration, composting, and overseeding Disease, grub, and vegetation control Mosquito, flea, tick, winter moth, and poison ivy treatments Operate equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate service records Provide excellent customer service Requirements Valid Massachusetts driver's license Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance provider MVR check required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pesticide license and industry experience preferred Will train motivated candidates Why Always Green?
