Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post Closing Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support the post-closing process by managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and facilitating smooth real estate closings. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help streamline operations, support attorneys and paralegals uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal support expertise while contributing to the efficient functioning of our legal services. Duties Review and organize closing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for each transaction Manage the filing, scanning, and electronic storage of legal documents using document management systems Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate post-closing procedures Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations Support attorneys with administrative tasks including scheduling, client communication, proofreading documents, and handling confidential information with discretion\ Experience Proven paralegal experience or legal support experience in a fast-paced law office environment Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in document review and proofreading Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with document review software and filing procedures Exceptional client communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all work Join us if you're passionate about supporting legal excellence through meticulous organization and proactive problem-solving.
