Georgetown, MA Job Details Seasonal | Full-time $18 - $25 an hour Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, healthy lawns? We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Aeration and Overseeding Crew Members .

Responsibilities:

Operate core aeration equipment safely and efficiently Perform overseeding using walk-behind or ride-on spreaders/seeding equipment Load/unload tools, equipment, and seed/fertilizer materials Perform site clean-up and basic equipment maintenance Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Ensure services are performed to company standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record Attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
