Job Title:

Cape Organics is looking for passionate individuals who thrive in the great outdoors and are eager to cultivate their skills in a supportive environment. Jobs range from standard lawn maintenance (spring and fall cleanups, mowing, planting, mulching, etc.), hardscapes and installations (retaining walls, stonework, driveways, etc.), and specialized ecosystem restoration. Cape Organics is a full-service land care company dedicated to ecologically sound practices and prioritizing sustainable and environmentally responsible approaches in every project we undertake. We have been at the forefront of natural landscape restoration and maintenance for 40 years and our mission is to "make good dirt happen" - that means restoring the natural beauty of the land through the use of native plants, sustainable land care techniques, and a relationship-based philosophy. Requirements:
Legal Work Status Valid Driver's License Physical Ability:
Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
