Independent Contractor | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Next Phase Home Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Flex Route Driver / Lawn & Garden Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level landscaping position . We are looking for an experienced field professional who can confidently complete a full route with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of work from the first property to the last.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a part-time, flexible independent-contractor opportunity designed for an experienced lawn-care or garden professional who wants the freedom to choose the days they are available to work. You will have the opportunity to complete scheduled lawn and garden routes while representing the Next Phase brand professionally at each property.

COMPENSATION

$150-$450 per completed workday , depending on experience, route requirements, workload, performance, and if you have your own truck and equipment The more efficiently and professionally you can complete your assigned route, the greater your earning potential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal contractor has proven experience: Completing 6-8 residential yards per day Working efficiently in extreme heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather conditions Performing lawn maintenance without constant supervision Performing basic gardening and garden maintenance independently Operating lawn-care equipment safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment Following a route or garden project and completing assigned work within the expected timeframe Identifying problems and making good field decisions without waiting for constant direction Maintaining professional relationships with homeowners Leaving every property clean, neat, and properly completed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You should have hands-on experience with: Lawn mowing Edging and trimming Blowing and property cleanup Weed control Garden maintenance Planting and seasonal garden care Mulching Basic pruning Outdoor power equipment Residential property maintenance Applicants without professional lawn-care or gardening experience will not be considered.

DRIVER REQUIREMENT

You must have: A valid driver's license A clean or acceptable driving record Experience safely operating a work vehicle The ability to safely load, transport, and handle landscaping equipment
