Green Way Lawns is an established lawn care company that has been in business for 3 generations. We are fully licensened and trained in the chemical end of landscaping. We spray for weeds & pests, fungus, and other lawn pests. We also do seeding & aeration on customers lawns. We are seeking an Entry Level Technician to join our team. As an Entry Level Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working outdoors and lawncare maintenance.Duties:
- Commute in company vehicles with a foreman to customer sites
- Perform lawncare maintenance per customer's enrolled plans
- Utilize hand tools and lawncare supplies
- Spray lawns using a variety of tool types
- Seeding & Aeration of lawns
Qualifications:
MUST BE RELIABLE AND HONEST
- Strong interest in working outdoors and lawncare maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pull a large tank
- Able to handle hot weather temperatures
