The Aeration/Seeding technician is a 10-12-week assignment starting in Mid-August and running through October. This is a working interview and you will likely be offered a full-time position if you are a great team member! Many of our aeration and seeding techs have become full time permanent employees! This is an awesome job for recent grads (High School or College)! We will provide you with the skills to have a great career with us. Also a great job if you are tired of working in an office, retail or at a restaurant, no more waiting for your weekly schedule to come out!

Compensation:

$17-$20 Hourly + time-and-a-half for overtime. Potential to make $40,000 and well beyond with bonus and commission, plus paid vacation, retirement matching, health benefits, work 4 days a week in the winter and get paid for 5 if/when you become a full time permanent employee.

Technician Responsibilities:

Aerate lawns using ride on aerator, walk behind aerator and hand tools, and assist with maintaining and cleaning customer's property. Clean road, driveway, sidewalks, or patios that were dirtied during the aeration process. Overseed the lawn with push spreader or Stinger aerator. Clean out truck and machines, and load seed at the end of the day to make sure they are ready for the next day's work. Drive company truck and trailer

Required Skills/Abilities:

Valid Driver's license Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and twisting. Able to lift 50 - 75 pounds. Zero-turn experience is a plus Repetitive use of hands. Other duties as assigned. Adhere to/follow NaturaLawn of America's values and safety procedures

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Zero-turn experience is a plus If you become a full time permanent employee, you will be eligible for 401k with matching, health, dental and optical insurance!
