Experienced Lawn Mowing & Landscape Maintenance Technician

We're looking for an experienced mowing and landscape maintenance professional who takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values attention to detail, and understands that customer satisfaction is just as important as the work itself. Responsibilities Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on (Pro-Stance) mowers safely and efficiently. Create clean, professional mowing patterns and striping. Perform precise weed whacking, edging, and vertical trimming around landscape beds, fences, trees, signs, and buildings. Maintain a neat appearance by blowing off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces. Inspect properties for quality and report any concerns or recommendations. Provide friendly, professional customer service while on clients' properties. Work efficiently with your crew to complete routes while maintaining high standards. Qualifications Previous professional lawn mowing or landscape maintenance experience required. Experience operating commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers. Ability to produce consistent striping and attention to detail. Strong weed whacking and trimming skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license required. What a Typical Day Looks Like Our maintenance crews start early, work efficiently, and take pride in leaving every property looking its best. Report to the shop around 6:00 AM Load your truck and equipment for the day's route Travel to customer properties with your crew Mow, stripe, trim, edge, and clean up each property to our quality standards Interact professionally with customers when needed Return to the shop, refuel and prepare equipment for the next day, then head home This is active, hands-on work that keeps you moving throughout the day. Every property is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, and you'll head home knowing you've made a visible difference for your customers. Most schedules are Monday through Friday , with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Spring and early summer are our busiest times, offering opportunities for additional overtime. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Ability to perform physical outdoor work Must be able to remain tobacco/nicotine-free during the workday (10-12 hours) Why Lynch Landscaping?
