This is a great role for someone who is organized, motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding results while helping develop a strong team. What You'll Do Help coordinate daily schedules and routes. Perform quality control inspections to ensure exceptional service. Fertilizer applications Weed control Crabgrass prevention Grub control Aeration & overseeding Lawn evaluations and diagnostics Soil health recommendations Lawn renovation recommendations Turf disease and insect identification Weed & Invasive Plant Management Qualifications Experience in lawn care, turf management, or a related field. Leadership or crew leader experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license (required). 3-5 years of turf care experience preferred. Plant and invasive species knowledge. Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, operate equipment, and work in varying weather conditions.

Commercial Licenses Required:

Core Turf Ornamental General Vegetative Management Right-of-Way Flying & Biting Structural Master's License (preferred but not required) We are currently offering a sign on bonus for those with pesticide licenses! These are the pay outs for each license:

• Core $500.00
• Vegetative Management $500.00
• Roadside $500.00
• Flying & Biting $500.00
• Turf $1000.00
• Ornamentals $1000.00
• Structural $500.

00 UP TO $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Payment would be 1/3 after 1 month of employment, 1/3 after 2 months , and the remaining paid out after 3 months!
