Lawn Maintenance Technician Elevate your career in property maintenance. We manage top-tier residential and commercial properties and need dedicated professionals who value quality work, reliable routines, and great pay. We have a great base crew this year and a full schedule. Kirtland Landscape is fully invested in their employee's growth and career as well as future education. If you want to go further in this field, we will help you get there. We are looking for Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week) and Full-Time (40+) Technicians should have 2+ years prior experience in property maintenance, lawn care, or similar positions. Foremen should have 2+ with management experience. Please attach references on resume. Job Description Maintaining Residential & Commercial properties Maintaining equipment and trucks Mow, Edge, and Trim using commercial-grade equipment Operate outdoor power equipment safely, including string trimmers, edgers, and leaf blowers. Perform property cleanups by removing leaves, debris, weeds, and brush from landscapes. Load and unload trucks daily with necessary tools, machinery, and materials. Maintain equipment through basic daily cleaning, checking fluids, and reporting maintenance needs. Interact professionally with residential homeowners and commercial property managers. Job Requirements Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, wind). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the work day. Strong work ethic with an eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to get to the company shop on time. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (preferred, but not always required). Team player mentality to work efficiently alongside a crew to meet daily schedule goals.
