Job Overview Join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team as a Lawn Care Worker, where your enthusiasm and expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn and grounds care, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining the beauty and health of various outdoor environments. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating inviting, lush landscapes that clients will love. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently. Maintain landscape features including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy growth. Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for manual labor tasks involved in lawn care and groundskeeping.
