Job Description

Landscape & Snow Removal Crew Member — Year-Round Position Mow N Snow LLC | Chisago City, MN $18-24/hr mowing season | $24+/hr snow removal Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs. Mowing/lawn care in the warmer months, snow removal in the winter, plus spring and fall cleanups. Experience in lawn care or snow removal preferred, but we'll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, and maintain lawns Perform spring and fall cleanups Plow and shovel snow during winter season Operate and maintain equipment safely

Schedule:

Mowing season: Mon-Thu, 30-40 hrs/week (occasional Fridays if weather moves things around)

Winter:

hours vary with snowfall

Pay:

Starts at $18-24/hr, based on experience Snow removal pays $24+/hr A clean driving record is a bonus — it opens the door to driving plow trucks and moving into a Crew Lead role with higher pay
