Lawn Maintenance Supervisor Job Type:
Full Time | Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality lawn care services. Key Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial properties using zero-turn mowers Operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and walk-behind mowers Perform routine lawn maintenance, including weed trimming, debris cleanup, and seasonal spring and fall clean-ups Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment as needed Complete daily assignments and assist with additional tasks as directed Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience operating lawn care equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurability Must be at least 18 years old to operate powered equipment High school diploma or GED preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Commitment to completing work thoroughly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Pesticide/Applicator License (preferred, not required)
