Job Description
Job Overview Lawn & Landscape and Snow Plowing Company based in western metro seeking a dependable, mature Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors with minimal supervision and can provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Primary duties include executing lawn maintenance and landscaping projects such as:
- Softscape / minor/basic hardscape
- Laying sod, including prepping the area
- Create/repair landscaping beds & borders
- Mulch installation & edging
- Repairing damaged lawns/turf
- Planting trees, shrubs and plants
- Trimming bushes and many other landscaping projects
- Lawn mowing/trimming/blowing
- Spring and fall cleanup Requirements include:
- Previous commercial and/or residential landscaping and mowing experience
- Education / background in Landscape Architecture or Design, Horticulture, Garden Design, Landscape Construction or Landscape Maintenance required
- Valid pesticide applicator license or ability to study for and pass the test.
- Experience using necessary mowing and landscaping equipment
- Ability to work independently, are self-driven, organized and enjoy working outside
- Attention to detail is a must as our clients demand high-quality work
- Able to work occasional extended week-ends due to weather conditions
- Need reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Wages range from $25-$35 per hour / depending on experience.
