Job Description

SU mmary of Position This position is responsible for executing day-to-day operations of the human resources functions. This role executes HR policies and procedures across all HR functional areas. The ideal candidate balances administrative compliance with employee-centric assistance. major areas of accountability Employee Relations & Compliance Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries for assigned areas of the company around benefits, policies, complaints, etc. Assist management of assigned areas with all areas of employee management including annual review process, investigations, and performance management Assure compliance with federal, state and local laws Coordinate and update employee handbook as needed Leave Management Partner with operations teams on all types of employee leave including assuring appropriate paperwork, record-keeping, communication and management training in compliance with all regulations Employee Benefits Manage company benefit programs as the primary contact with all employee benefit providers Serve as the subject matter expert on benefit administration, policies and guidance to employees and the company Lead the annual benefit open enrollment logistics Explain benefit programs to new employees as needed requirements for position A bachelor's degree in human resources and 3+ years of HR experience preferred SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or
PHR/SPHR
Certifications preferred General knowledge of employment laws and practices in a multi-state environment Proficiency with HRIS systems Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and demonstrated skills in record keeping Clear, concise written and verbal communication Strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy guidelines Strong work ethic and sense of urgency and personal responsibility for work outcomes Flexible, organized, and able to accurately work under time constraints and deadlines
