Job Description

Job Overview Lawn & Landscape and Snow Plowing Company based in western metro seeking a dependable, hard working, mature individual who enjoys working outdoors with minimal supervision, and can provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Primary duties during Spring/Summer/Fall include lawn mowing/trimming/blowing, spring and fall cleanup, and other lawn service-related activities.

Lawn Service Technician Requirements:

2-3 years commercial and/or residential mowing / lawn service experience required Experience using Exmark zero-turn mowers, backpack blowers and weed whips Attention to detail is a must as our clients demand high-quality work Able to work occasional extended hours and week-ends due to weather conditions Need reliable transportation and a valid driver's license We are also looking for an additional Snow Plow Operator.

WAGES:

Snow Plowing offers a guaranteed weekly pay PLUS $40/hour (based upon experience) for hours worked during the winter. Due to the nature of snow removal, winter work is on-call - when it snows, we go! Ability to work week-ends, overnight and on holidays when required due to timing of snow event.

Snow Plowing Requirements:

Due to the nature of snow removal, candidate must have the ability to work long/odd hours, be in good physical condition and able to work outside for long periods of time Experience operating ¾ ton plow truck with western (or similar) plow in residential and commercial setting Able to work nights, week-ends and Holidays due to nature of snow plowing - when it snows, we go! Compensation:

Lawn Maintenance:

$24 - $25 per hour / depending on experience;

Snow Plowing:

Guaranteed weekly pay PLUS $40/hour (based upon experience) for hours worked during the winter.
