Lawn Care Technician — $20

• 30/hr About Us Summit Outdoor Services is a growing lawn care and landscaping company serving Apple Valley, Rosemount, Lakeville, and the greater Dakota County area.

We're a young, fast-moving team that takes pride in clean, consistent work, and we're looking for reliable people who want to grow with us. The Role You'll be part of our maintenance crew, running residential mowing routes this fall, then moving into leaf cleanups, aeration, and snow removal as the seasons change. That means steady work into the off-season, not just summer. What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential properties on a set route
• Fall leaf cleanups and core aeration
• Snow removal this winter
• Help on landscaping projects as needed (mulch, rock, planting)
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean, loaded, and organized
• Leave every property looking sharp. Quality comes first. What We're Looking For
• You show up on time, every day. This is the #1 thing we hire for.
• Mowing or landscaping experience preferred
• Zero-turn experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Takes pride in clean, detailed work
• Can handle physical outdoor work in all kinds of Minnesota weather
• Valid driver's license What We Offer
