Job Description

Laboratory Technician (Surface Treatment/Coating/Spray/Etch/Anodize) Pride Health is hiring a Laboratory Technician to join our client's research and manufacturing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to support surface treatment, coating operations, and product development activities . This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience operating etch and anodize process lines, primer spray booth equipment, and supporting quality control initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Set up, operate, and maintain aluminum etch and anodize process lines following established procedures. Prepare and apply primer coatings while operating and maintaining spray booth equipment. Monitor process parameters, inspect treated surfaces, and document testing and process results. Prepare and handle chemical solutions while following safety and environmental regulations. Perform routine equipment maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product quality and process improvements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, surface treatment, or spray coating environment preferred. Experience operating etch and anodize systems, primer spray booths, or similar industrial equipment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel . Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to pass a respirator fit test (half-face or PAPR).
