Responsibilities Work collaboratively with lawn crews and managers to complete daily tasks and project lists Perform a variety of outdoor landscaping duties, including spreading fertilizer and weed control, trimming shrubs and plants, cleaning lawns, and applying materials to trees Operate landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, backpack sprayers, push spreaders, trimmers, pruners, and bobcats Drive company work trucks to various job sites throughout the metro area Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months Qualifications Valid drivers license Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (company will assist with process) Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to take the Pesticide Applicator Exam (company provides preparation and covers exam costs) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation $22 $30 per hour , depending on experience Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible scheduling options Employee appreciation events Offered compensation: $22/hr - $30/hr Experience and License Requirements DOT Medical Card (optional) Lawn Care and Maintenance (optional) Pesticide Applicator License (optional) Snow Removal (optional)
