Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate commercial zero-turn mowers. Trim and edge lawns using commercial string trimmers. Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots after mowing. Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and landscape materials. Assist with landscape cleanups and seasonal property maintenance. Load and unload equipment and materials. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at every job site. Perform daily inspections of trucks and equipment. Work safely and efficiently as part of a team. During the winter season, assist with snow removal by spreading salt and plowing walkways possiby movign up to operating trucks with snow plows, as needed. Qualifications Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is a plus. Snow plow experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays during snow events. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop every day. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience. Weekly pay.
