Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Fertilizing Technician and play a vital role in maintaining lush, healthy lawns for our valued customers! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn care treatments to promote vibrant turf growth. Duties Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to perform fertilization tasks across various outdoor locations Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical agents following strict safety protocols and pesticide management guidelines Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on lawn conditions Maintain and service fertilizing and spray equipment Create customer invoices and maintain detailed records of chemical applications, weather conditions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, identifying common lawn care weeds and deficiencies, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services Other duties as assigned Skills Strong knowledge of pesticide application techniques, pest control methods, and lawn care practices Familiarity with safety protocols including respiratory protection and chemical handling safety measures Experience in sales or customer service to effectively communicate treatment plans and build client trust Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and confidently follow driving safety standards . Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

License/Certification:
Certified Commercial Applicator License (Preferred) MO Category 3 - Ornamental & Turf Pest Control License (Preferred) CDL B (Preferred)
