Role:

Lone Oak Lawn Medix LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial Lawn Applicator to join our growing team in Oak Grove, MO! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help transform and maintain beautiful, healthy lawns for our commercial clients. If you take pride in your work and love being outside, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial lawns and landscapes according to treatment plans Conduct property inspections to identify turf diseases, weeds, insects, and other lawn health issues Calibrate and operate spray equipment, spreaders, and other application machinery Maintain accurate records of chemicals used, application rates, and treated areas Communicate professionally with clients regarding lawn care recommendations and treatment results Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding pesticide application and safety Perform routine maintenance and inspection of company equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

Valid Missouri Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one Prior experience in lawn care, turf management, or chemical application preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently Basic knowledge of turf grass, weeds, and common lawn diseases is a plus
