WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lawn Care / Landscape Main Mow, edge, trim, and blow off properties following assigned route Follow instructions for height settings, patterns, and property notes Check each job before you leave to ensure nothing's missed Equipment Use & Maintenance Operate zero-turn, walk-behind, and stand-on mowers Use string trimmers, edgers, and blowers with precision Basic hand tools Mini Skid Power tools Perform basic checks: fuel, blades, tire pressure, cleanliness Report damaged or malfunctioning tools right away Team Support & Communication Work closely with your Crew Leader to complete jobs on time Help load/unload equipment and clean the truck/trailer daily Be respectful, helpful, and bring positive energy to the crew Safety & Site Care Wear proper PPE and operate equipment responsibly Stay aware of surroundings (people, pets, obstacles) on job sites Leave every property clean, clear, and better than you found it
