We are hiring an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, dependable attendance and excellent customer care. Responsibilities Apply fertilizer, weed control and other lawn-care products safely and accurately Complete assigned routes efficiently Identify common turf, weed, insect and watering concerns Communicate professionally with customers Document applications and property conditions Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment Follow all product labels, safety procedures and company standards What to Expect Start time is generally around 6:30 a.m. Our normal schedule is four longer workdays, but it is weather-dependent A Friday w/ some Saturdays and overtime may be required during busy seasons or after weather delays Outdoor work in heat, cold, wind and light rain Extended walking and regularly lifting or carrying equipment and products Most work is completed independently Qualifications Previous lawn fertilization, weed control, pesticide application, landscaping, irrigation, agriculture or outdoor route-service experience Missouri Category 3 license preferred, or willingness to obtain it Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Cell Phone Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and accept coaching At Best Lawn Care, we value honesty, respect, safety, personal growth and taking care of our customers and teammates.
