Your Opportunity As a Commercial Lawn Care Applicator, you'll take ownership of an assigned route and become the turf professional our clients and teammates rely on. This is a hands-on field position for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and seeing the results of their work. You won't simply follow a route and spray lawns. You'll evaluate turf conditions, recognize problems, make sound application decisions, document what you see, and help protect and improve the landscapes entrusted to us. How You'll Make a

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and weed-control treatments safely, accurately, and professionally Evaluate turf conditions and identify weeds, insects, disease, stress, and other lawn health concerns Make knowledgeable decisions that improve turf quality and protect our clients' landscapes Mix, load, transport, and apply products according to label requirements and industry best practices Manage your assigned route efficiently and take ownership of completing work to Dowco standards Maintain accurate pesticide application and service records Communicate clearly with clients and teammates about turf conditions, concerns, and recommendations Care for your truck, application equipment, tools, and materials with pride Identify opportunities to improve lawn health and overall property appearance Assist with seasonal services when needed What Sets You Up for
Success:
Current Missouri Category 3 Ornamental and Turf Pest Control Applicator License At least 2 years of professional lawn care application experience Experience applying fertilizers, herbicides, and weed-control products Strong knowledge of common weeds, turf conditions, and lawn health concerns Ability to mix, load, and apply products safely and according to label requirements Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to work independently and manage an assigned route Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping Dependability, professionalism, and pride in quality work
License Requirement:
A current Missouri Category 3 license is required for this position. Please apply only if you currently hold this license or have held it recently and are eligible to renew.
