Job Description
Experience required Safely operate all application and spray equipment. Apply lawn fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other treatments according to company standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all applications performed. Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with customers regarding services being performed. Ensure chemicals and materials are used efficiently to minimize waste. Properly calibrate and maintain application equipment. Understand and follow all product label requirements and safety guidelines. Keep spray trucks, equipment, and storage areas clean Properly maintain and utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs to prevent damage and downtime. Complete assigned work efficiently while meeting production and budget goals. Respond to occasional after-hours service needs or emergencies. Identify weeds, insects, diseases, and turf or ornamental plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Work safely and professionally while representing Herron Landscape at all times. •
