Company Overview North Grounds Property Maintenance is hiring a Spray Technician to help keep landscapes across the Gallatin Valley healthy, vibrant, and weed-free. You'll work outdoors applying fertilizers and weed control treatments to maintain the beauty and longevity of our clients' properties. Safe and precise application is key, ensuring that every property thrives while protecting our clients' investments. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy, working independently, and take pride in a job well done, we want you on our team! Responsibilities Apply herbicides and fertilizers according to safety regulations and company standards. Conduct assessments of lawns and landscapes to determine treatment needs. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied and monitor the effectiveness of applications. Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently during application processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Keep spray equipment and vehicles clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next job. Requirements 3+ years of spraying and fertilizer experience. Knowledge of lawn care practices and techniques. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Willing to learn and take direction. Able to pass a background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Work Schedule 4-
