Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains the overall health and appearance of the customers' lawn & landscape by applying treatments at the proper time and proper rates to deliver the best results. Provides professional, prompt, and courteous customer service Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions Performs seasonal aeration & overseeding using designated equipment Keeps up to date on the company's product and service offerings Drives a company vehicle safely to customer's homes and businesses Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance Performs daily DOT truck inspections Completes required paperwork along with proper communication Maintains company phone and any equipment associated with it Assists in maintaining cleanliness of facility Represents Killingsworth with honesty and integrity Maintains a professional appearance Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a teamRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills Solid problem-solving skills and proven time management Able and willing to work in various weather conditions Ability to operate lawn application equipment safely & effectively Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc. You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Valid driver's licenseEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Requires 1- 3 years of experience in the lawn/landscape industry
