From $50,000.00 per year Job description: Lawn Care Technician (Charlotte Area) Salaried Role with Earnings Equivalent to $24

• 30/hr + Incentives This is a full-time, year-round salaried position designed to provide consistent income and reward performance.

Our technicians are paid based on efficiency and results — most of our team completes their routes in 40 hours or less in a typical week. This is a salaried position, so your weekly pay is consistent regardless of small fluctuations in hours. Our structure rewards technicians who work efficiently and take pride in getting the job done right. We're hiring a Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team at Turf Brothers — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. Whether you have experience or are looking to get started in the industry, we provide hands-on training and a clear path to grow. This is a small, tight-knit team where your work matters and your effort is noticed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Apply weed control and fertilizer treatments to residential lawns
• Identify turf issues and recommend solutions
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit
• Complete detailed service notes after each job
• Maintain equipment and keep trucks clean and organized

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work Saturdays when needed (rain make-up days)
• Ability to pass a drug test
