Job Description

As the Leader in Organic Based Lawn Care for over 30 years, NaturaLawn of America is always looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position. This is not a landscaping position . We do NOT mow lawns. Starting pay is based upon experience.

  • Excellent communication and simple math skills
  • The physical ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and to walk several miles a day
  • The ability to be dependable and to work independently during the workday with little supervision, once trained
  • Reliable transportation to ensure you will arrive ready to work each day

After completion of your initial training, as a Lawn Care Technician with NaturaLawn of America you will help homeowners have the lawn they desire through delivery of our customized, personalized service. This includes the application of granular and liquid materials; as well as management of your daily route to keep customers "on time-on schedule".
