Lawn Care Specialist

Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality landscapes and possess expertise in lawn care techniques. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions to enhance the visual appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming, to achieve a well-manicured appearance . Implement seasonal treatments such as aeration and over-seeding to promote optimal turf health. Conduct professional tree and shrub pruning to encourage growth, maintain structural integrity, and improve aesthetic appeal. Operate and perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, including mowers, hedge trimmers, aerators, and blowers. Assist with irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Assist in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces. Build new landscape features as directed, contributing to the design and implementation of outdoor projects. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment operation and maintenance. Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and groundskeeping practices is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
