Davenport Environmental is looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team out of our Raleigh, NC location. Benefits & Perks Full-time, year-round employment Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during peak season The Role As a Lawn Care Technician, you will: Provide professional lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and be willing to cross-train in our marketing and pest control divisions Perform lawn evaluations and identify customer needs Educate customers on lawn health and recommend additional services Safely handle and apply lawn care products and operate company equipment Drive company vehicles and complete daily vehicle/equipment inspections Maintain accurate service records and required paperwork Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with customers and team members Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement) 6 months-1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and provide employment eligibility documentation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Available to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays during peak season Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Receptive to coaching and committed to following company policies and safety standards
