This is a full-time, hands-on position with plenty of variety. The right person will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance industry.

Fertilizer programs Weed, pest & fungus control Ground sterilization / total vegetation control Lawn seeding & renovations Grading & landscaping Underground sprinkler systems Tree spraying Lawn insect fogging Core aeration Snow removal in Hebron Aggregate & dirt sales/hauling What we're looking for: 18 years or older Valid driver's license Strong work ethic Dependable with regular attendance Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working outdoors Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to take on more responsibility as experience grows Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Pesticide Applicator License — HLC will cover the cost What we offer: $18-$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications Full-time employment On-the-job training Paid pesticide applicator licensing Opportunity for advancement Potential to grow into a Crew Lead / leadership position Experience with a wide variety of equipment and services Experience in lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, construction, equipment operation, chemical application, or a similar field is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person.
