Position Overview:

We are hiring several full-time Lawn Care Technicians to manage customer routes and provide professional lawn care treatments. This is a great opportunity for recent high school or college graduates, or anyone seeking a career change to a dynamic, hands-on role.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:

$15/hour base pay + production bonuses + time-and-a-half overtime + sales commissions.

Winter Schedule:

Work four days a week in the winter and get paid for five.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide lawn care treatments using ride-on or walk-behind equipment, including fertilization, weed control, and lawn problem diagnosis. Ensure all treated areas (roads, driveways, sidewalks, patios) are clean and free of product residue. Maintain and clean trucks, equipment, and tools at the end of each day to ensure readiness for the next day. Safely drive company trucks and trailers to customer locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid driver's license. Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods. Capable of lifting 50-75 pounds. Experience with zero-turn equipment is a plus but not required. Comfortable with repetitive hand movements. Strong attention to safety and adherence to NaturaLawn's safety procedures.

Education & Experience:
