Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary (as needed) Position Summary San Rafael Ranch LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Specialist to maintain the appearance and health of lawn and landscaped areas throughout the ranch. This position requires someone who takes pride in producing neat, professional results and can work independently while safely operating lawn care equipment. Primary Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a clean, manicured appearance. Operate commercial-grade zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely. Weed flower beds, fence lines, sidewalks, lawns and landscaped areas. Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental plants. Monitor irrigation systems and report leaks, broken sprinkler heads, or other issues. Inspect lawns, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants for signs of disease, insect infestations, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress, and recommend or implement appropriate treatments. Apply mulch, fertilizer, soil amendments, herbicides, and pesticides in accordance with label instructions and safety regulations, when authorized. Remove leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns, roads, and landscaped areas. Perform seasonal clean-up and property beautification projects. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of lawn equipment. Report equipment problems and supply needs promptly. Follow all ranch safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required. Ability to identify common lawn, tree, shrub, and ornamental plant diseases, insect pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and determine appropriate corrective actions. Knowledge of proper plant health care, irrigation practices, and seasonal maintenance. Ability to safely operate commercial lawn equipment. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Pay:
