The Concrete Finisher is responsible for preparing, placing, leveling, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.Who We Are:

Prepare concrete forms and work areas for concrete placement. Assist with pouring and placing concrete on foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, roads, and other structures. Spread, level, and screed freshly poured concrete. Operate hand and power tools used for concrete finishing. Perform floating, edging, jointing, troweling, and other finishing techniques. Apply proper textures and finishes according to project requirements. Cut and install control joints as required. Monitor concrete during the setting process and make adjustments as needed. Repair damaged or imperfect concrete surfaces. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions from supervisors. Work safely and follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Assist other crew members with general construction duties when needed. Maintain a professional attitude and dependable attendance. Previous concrete finishing experience preferred. Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques. Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and instructions. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials and equipment. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and work for extended periods. Valid driver's license preferred. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a crew. Physical Requirements This position involves strenuous physical labor. Employees may be required to lift and carry heavy materials, work on their knees, bend and stoop frequently, climb, and stand for extended periods. Work may take place in hot, cold, wet, or dusty outdoor conditions. Safety Responsibilities The Concrete Finisher is expected to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), follow all safety procedures, properly operate equipment and tools, and immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or equipment issues to a supervisor.
