You'll manage your own daily route, apply seasonal lawn care programs, and be the face of Trimline on every property you service. This is a field-based role best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and genuinely enjoys being outside.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Apply granular and liquid fertilizers as part of a multi-step seasonal program Apply pre- and post-emergent herbicides for broadleaf weed control Identify turf issues — weeds, insects, disease — and treat or flag accordingly Apply grub and surface insect control treatments Calibrate and maintain ride-on spreaders, push spreaders, and backpack sprayers Document all applications per NY DEC recordkeeping requirements Communicate professionally with customers at point of service Report site conditions and follow-up needs to management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR NY DEC

Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (Category 3A preferred) — or willingness to obtain within your first season; we'll cover the cost 1-3 years in lawn care, landscape, or a related field Working knowledge of turf fertilizers, herbicides, and common lawn problems in Western NY Valid driver's license with a clean record; comfortable driving a truck and trailer Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions throughout the season Self-motivated and organized — you'll be managing your own route each day
