What You'll Do:
Assist with the humane removal and exclusion of wildlife from homes and businesses Help inspect roofs, attics, and crawlspaces for entry points Support wildlife exclusion and home repairs to prevent re-entry Interact with clients at job sites with courtesy and professionalism Use ladders, tools, and safety gear daily Apply Skedaddle's expert methods to real-world challenges Learn a trade that combines construction, animal behavior, and customer service
What We're Looking For:
A real interest in wildlife and home protection Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious team players People who don't mind getting dirty or working in the rain, heat, or cold Comfort working at heights and in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces) Great communicators who are courteous and respectful to customers Willingness to learn our unique, humane methods
Bonus Points If You Have:
Construction, roofing, pest control, or home repair experience Familiarity with ladders, hand tools, and power tools Mechanical thinking or animal behavior knowledge Experience working independently or outdoors Able to think outside the box, take familiar concepts and apply them to unique situations
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License & clean driving record (required) Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs, use ladders up to 40 ft Comfortable wearing PPE (gloves, coveralls, respirator) Able to pass a background check Must obtain Ohio's Commercial Nuisance Wild Animal Control License (we'll help)
