Full-Time, Hourly Position Summary The Agronomy Outside Associate supports daily agronomy operations and works directly with customers handling chemicals, fertilizers, seed, and related crop inputs. This role assists with inventory management, application support, and maintaining safe, organized agronomy facilities. Essential Functions Assist with crop nutrient inventory management and seasonal NH₃ supplies Support toolbar and applicator scheduling Handle, mix, and load fertilizers, chemicals, and other agronomy inputs in a safe manner Maintain clean, organized, and safe agronomy facilities Follow detailed instructions, safety procedures, and operational guidelines Perform physical duties including bending, squatting, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, and lifting up to 50 pounds Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business and seasonal demands Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement Working knowledge of agronomy operations and experience handling fertilizers and chemicals preferred Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Work Schedule & Conditions Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday; overtime required as needed Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Benefits Full benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and more
