As we begin this exciting new chapter, we're looking for a motivated Fertilizer Technician to join our professional lawn care and turf management team. In this role, you'll provide fertilization, weed control, and other services that keep our customers' lawns healthy and thriving. No experience? No problem! Our new leadership team is committed to providing paid training, the right equipment, and the support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and accurately Inspect lawns for weeds, pests, irrigation concerns, and overall turf health Provide professional turf care to residential and commercial properties Operate ride-on spreaders and other lawn care equipment Drive company trucks and vans to customer properties Follow safety guidelines for product handling and application Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate records Perform basic equipment maintenance Communicate professionally with customers and team members You'll work independently, stay active, and take pride in seeing the difference your work makes every day. What We're Looking For No experience required—paid training is provided Valid driver's license with a clean driving record of four points or fewer Ability to obtain a pesticide applicator license; a current license is a plus Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, turf management, fertilizer application, pest control, or equipment operation is helpful—but not required. Schedule:
