Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Residential Lawn Fertilization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers and nutrients to residential lawns, ensuring their optimal growth and health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn assessments to determine fertilizer needs based on soil conditions, grass type, and seasonality. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products using appropriate equipment and techniques. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fertilization treatments, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results. Maintain accurate records of lawn care activities, including fertilizer applications, soil tests, and customer communications. Communicate with customers to provide guidance on lawn care best practices and address any questions or concerns they may have. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn care is preferred. Strong knowledge of fertilization techniques, including proper application rates and timing. Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
