Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care with the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery. This role involves applying treatments to ensure the health and beauty of lawns, shrubs, and trees while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations and company standards. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including product usage and customer interactions. Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently during application processes. Collaborate with the sales team to promote services and educate customers about lawn care options. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles. Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
